🕒 Return Window

You can return eligible items within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept a return or issue a refund.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery through our customer support or email.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts

  • Custom-cut materials (e.g., pipes cut to size) unless they are defective

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.

🔁 Exchange Option

In case you received a wrong or defective product, we also offer a free exchange within the 3-day return window.
